Most rubber products manufacturers are either directly or indirectly suppliers to automotive assemblers. Stringent quality, cost and supply requirements demanded by these, as well as competitive global markets, render some manufacturers less able to compete than those from the far East & Eastern Europe.
Rubber Consultants recognises these challenges and has formed a group of engineers and technicians who are willing to assist companies to improve quality, productivity and efficiency of rubber product manufacturing, thereby reducing costs and waste. 
Their working methods, which are based on many years of hands on industrial experience, include site visits to work with local staff. Advice is given on factory layout, lean manufacturing/six sigma, statistical process control (SPC), formulation review, setting up and conducting statistically designed experiments, process optimisation, flow analysis using Moldflow software and training staff in general rubber technology and product failure issues.
