Compound and process development
Rubber Consultants can develop formulations and processes to meet clients specifications, working with both natural and synthetic elastomers. Experienced technologists use a wide range of expertise and facilities available in a modern mill room, including compression, transfer and injection moulding, extrusion, calendaring, and capillary rheometry. Mixing cycles for client compounds can be developed using a range of internal mixers with capacity ranging from 300g to 45kg compound batch weight.
