Malaysia Carnival 2025 Brings Malaysian Culture to TARRC/Rubber Consultants

Posted

TARRC was proud to host the Malaysia Carnival 2025, organised by the High Commission of Malaysia in London, at our Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre (TARRC) site at the end of August.

This annual event celebrated Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage, offering attendees a day filled with traditional performances, authentic Malaysian cuisine, exciting games, and a prize.

The carnival featured over 60 exhibitor stalls, showcasing a diverse array of Malaysian crafts, foods, and cultural displays. One notable highlight was the presence of contemporary batik artist Ying, who presented a collection of exquisite soft furnishings, craft items, and DIY batik kits, offering visitors a unique opportunity to engage with this traditional art form.

Attendees were also treated to live musical entertainment and cultural performances, reflecting the vibrant and diverse traditions of Malaysia. The event provided a platform for the Malaysian community in the UK to come together, celebrate their heritage, and share their culture with a wider audience.
